1. Global Delivery Destinations
MOMASONG ships wholesale swimwear packages globally. We establish reliable maritime cargo and air freight pathways to buyers, distributors, and department chains in North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and South America.
2. Shipping Methods
Clients can designate their preferred shipping logistics depending on order volume and urgency:
- Sea Freight (FCL / LCL): Full Container Load (FCL) or Less than Container Load (LCL) shipping. Highly recommended for bulk mass orders to lower shipping cost per item.
- Air Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): Door-to-door courier services. Recommended for sample reviews, test collections, or fast inventory replenishment.
- Rail Cargo: Overland cargo transport available for wholesale partners in Central Asia and Europe.
3. Estimated Transit Timelines
Estimated transit times start from cargo loading and dispatch at origin ports:
- Sea Freight: 18 to 25 days to US West Coast ports; 28 to 38 days to US East Coast and European ports; 12 to 18 days to Australia.
- Air Express: 5 to 8 business days globally.
- Rail Freight: 15 to 22 days to Central European terminal stations.
4. Ports of Loading & Trade Terms
Our standard manufacturing quotes are priced on standard international trade terms:
- FOB Xiamen / FOB Shenzhen: Our default pricing is FOB (Free on Board) at Xiamen or Shenzhen ports. We handle transport to the port and customs clearance at origin. Buyer assumes ocean freight responsibility.
- CIF / DDP Arrangements: Custom CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments can be calculated upon request and billed on custom invoices.
5. Import Duties, Clearance, & Tariffs
Unless DDP shipping is explicitly contracted on your invoice:
- Wholesale clients are responsible for import customs declarations, duties, taxes, and port handling charges at destination countries.
- MOMASONG provides complete, compliant clearance documents including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and fabric composition certificates.
6. Transit Damage & Shipping Claims
Cargo damage or packaging compromises must be documented upon arrival:
- Inspect all boxes immediately on container receipt. Note compromised packing on the carrier delivery receipt before signing.
- Contact your account manager within 5 business days of cargo receipt with photo/video evidence of damaged products to file transport insurance claims.
