1. Wholesale Returns Exclusions

MOMASONG is a custom manufacturer. Because swimwear runs are customized with corporate specs, logo prints, custom tags, or special packaging:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-defective goods due to standard change-of-mind, design preference shifts, or unsold inventory.
  • Once deposit payment is received and pattern screens are finalized, orders are non-refundable.

2. Manufacturing Defects Warranty

We provide a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects. Defects are defined as structural compromises that render items unsellable, including:

  • Major sewing splits, seam fraying, or loose threads exceeding AQL tolerances.
  • Fabric weaving anomalies, dye bleeding, incorrect fabric weight, or compromised elasticity.
  • Print errors (logo bleeding, printing shifts, color mismatches relative to signed pre-production reference samples).
  • Size dimensions deviating more than the accepted ±1.5cm grading tolerance.

3. 15-Day Quality Inspection Window

Upon ocean cargo delivery or air freight receipt at your warehouse:

  • Wholesale partners have a period of 15 calendar days to perform quality auditing (standard random sampling or FQA audits).
  • Any defects claims must be submitted in writing within this 15-day window to be validated for manufacturer credit.

4. Compensation & Adjustments Options

If a manufacturing defect is validated by our QC panel, MOMASONG offers the following remedies:

  • Credit Adjustments: We apply a corresponding credit balance to the client's account profile, deductible from the next wholesale run.
  • Replacements: We schedule priority remanufacturing of the defect volume and dispatch it via air express cargo at our expense.
  • Refunds: A partial or full monetary refund covering the cost of the defect units is issued back via standard telegraphic routing.

5. Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Do not ship cargo units back to our factory without approval:

  • All product returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number issued by your account manager.
  • Unauthorized shipping returns will be rejected at our receiving warehouse.
